Hi, I’m Courtney! 

I help companies hire the people who move their business forward, whether that's your first marketer, a founding product leader, or building a full team from the ground up.

With nearly two decades of recruiting experience, I understand how personal and high impact hiring can be, especially during periods of growth or change. I partner closely with founders and hiring leaders and work as an extension of the team, staying hands-on, strategic, and fully invested in getting it right for both the business and candidates.

Most of my work has focused on go-to-market and product hiring, but I have hired across nearly every function. This breadth gives me a holistic view of how strong teams come together and how hiring needs evolve as companies scale.

Today, I work primarily with startups to design thoughtful, efficient hiring approaches that balance speed, quality, and long term impact.
