With over 15 years of experience, Courtney has been instrumental in scaling talent acquisition for a range of organizations, from helping a growing ad agency build its team to making critical first local hires for global powerhouses such as Meta, Microsoft, and Expedia. Notably, as the first Product Manager recruiter in Meta's Seattle office, she built and scaled the PNW team from the ground up, later leading global recruiting teams across Product, User Experience Research, Content Design, and Production Engineering.
Beyond her deep tech expertise, Courtney has a proven track record of hiring across a broad spectrum of business functions, including PR, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and Recruiting. This diverse experience provides her with a holistic perspective on what drives high-performing team growth, regardless of company size or stage.
Currently, Courtney partners with startups and VC-backed companies, bringing her strategic thinking and collaborative style to build robust, efficient hiring frameworks that attract exceptional talent, informed by her experience in laying the foundational talent for both smaller and larger organizations.

With 15+ years experience in talent acquisition, Kristen has been a driving force behind the growth of teams at some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Meta, GE, Clorox, and Chevron. As one of the founding recruiters for Meta’s Consumer Marketing organization, she helped scale the team from fewer than 100 to over 1,000 employees, laying the foundation for one of the company’s most influential business units. She later went on to lead global recruiting teams at Meta across Marketing, User Research, and Product Strategy.
Kristen’s expertise spans the full spectrum of go-to-market and corporate hiring, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR. She partners closely with founders and executive leaders to define organizational structure, clarify hiring goals, and attract talent that drives growth. Her consultative, strategic approach has made her a trusted advisor to both early-stage startups and scaling enterprises.
